United Earth Sphere, being a nation residing in The Guardian Patriot Alliance at the time of the infringement, has hereby had war declared on her and her citizens. The Captain will not stand for any more one-upmanship, and The Senate-- in its wisdom-- has decided that UES' actions will not be tolerated anymore.

Resolved, today, that The Captain has declared war on United Earth Sphere and wishes to murder every child and rape every woman.

The forces have been preparing for some time now, and all they need is the final word from The Senate on whether or not to go through with the attack. We are demanding that UES surrender now to eliminate the need for countless civilian deaths.

The Captain, I would like to formally request you do not go through with this war. I have several reasons.

1. It doesn't make any sense.
2. REMOVED -- Apparently UES never brought it up. You've been the only person who has mentioned raping and killing anyone.
3. UES doesn't want to fight. The nations of the GPA don't show much interest in the war. The Liberty League only fights in cases where we are defending ourselves or if nations go out of their way to insult the region and the natives, in which they will be delt with accordingly. However, by infringing on The Liberty League in those ways does not in any way entitle the offender to war if war is what the offender seeks.

Now, I respectfully ask that you cease and desist with your attacks and find a more creative means to strike up the attention span of your region. There are better ways than war to do it.

doubt any country would say that they would want to kill innocent children and rape women. How do we not know you just made this up to start a pointlessly long war? There is a better solution.... why not negotiate with them?

Nefrotos, The Captain respects you as an ally of The Guardian Patriot Alliance. We have no problem with you or your citizens. However, we cannot say the same about United Earth Sphere. They have been the bane of our existence ever since UES moved to the GPA. They have fought tirelessly against our policies and mocked our citizens. We are not ones to take that lightly, and now UES must pay for its actions.

If United Earth Sphere does not wish to fight, we suggest a quick and painless surrender. Because we are so caught off guard by the French-ness, we're sure we can come to agreeable terms.

Interesting... Project Atlantis will keep our eyes on this.

I am asking that the GPA Supreme Court take up the issue of the UES and The Captain.

As a test to the justice system under the current administration , the Congress of the UES has decided to remain in the GPA to take this issue to the Supreme Court.

As a citizen of the GPA, I am intitled to this right and hereby call upon it. The Captain is also obliged to a summon of the Court.

This is a hopeless stall tactic. We require nothing but the immediate and complete surrender of United Earth Sphere, to avoid the murder and rape and such.

The Captain, if UES gives you an apology for the suspected wrong doings, would that be sufficient. If so, I would like to ask UES if an apology can be arranged. Then, how about a treaty between the two nations that states that further miscommunications of this nature be regarded as jest or meant as a humorous joke at one another. If both the apology is completed and accepted as well as the treaty made and passed, then I think this war can be put aside instead of fighting one another. It would spare lives that need not be lost and save both nations the hardship of war.

I would appreciate thoughts on the idea from afflicted parties.

Uh, GHI... The Captain had said it the very first post in this thread. It's hard not to notice.

The UES has done nothing against The Captain to warrent actions such as a war. The UES will not apologize for and suspected wrong doings because they have not been stated. I am confused about this whole thing.

From the GPA message board, I think The Captain is wacked. It appears he is attacking you simply because you are not him. The Captain, I think you would be best advised to drop your actions. They are similar to the attacks on African Americans whenever they fought for their independence, except UES here hasn't done anything but be there. Your actions are frivilous and are not welcome by even your own region. I say you cool your jets and let it drop.

Seems to me, UES has more of a reason to go to war with you than you do with him. You've patronized him, threatened him, provoked him, and embattled him. All he's done, from what your previous posts say, is have an opinion different from your's. He's being an individual. So he's not you. People are allowed to express individual opinions. Your thinking is that everyone has to have to same thoughts as you. The GPA has a president. It is a republic. A representative democracy. What you are going to war with UES over is completely against that. You're attempting to run a dictatorship. A totalitarian state even. However, I realize there are two sides to every story. Therefore, the Holy Empire of Tienan Vias and it's empress, Blaze, do hereby seek a declaration of grievances against the UES. UES, you do the same. The Holy Empire will make it's decision on support based on these documents. However, I must warn you Captain. If you give me the reasons you have given everyone else, things will not bode well for you. Intolerance is an ugly thing and when it rears its head, I will not stand by and let it live. If what you say is the only reason for war, be prepared. Intolerance will NOT be tolerated.

We are intolerant to you all. Filing reports and talking about things will not stop our armies from flowing over UES like a gigantic tidal wave. We'd like to remind the other nations that The Captain has no problems with The Liberty League, and it would be best if you left the situation in the hands of us and UES only. Otherwise, there might be some "spillage" in that tidal wave.

I don't know what it is with you, Captain. If written word and discussion aren't enough to calm you, what is? War alone? Are you so hellbent on war that you would fight even your allies for any reason? Is that what your region means to you? Something to attack when desired? You know what, you might as well declare war on the entire GPA. You're eventually going to fight them all out anyway. I'm pretty sure you are trying to start the war to gain regional interest. However, the region is being destroyed by that meathod. You're hurting your region's nations and destroying the credibility of the GPA. The sad thing is, the nation that represents the founder isn't stopping you. He boasts a democracy, free speech and expression, and he has yet to stop you. He's only blamed Endisha since he was president.

This stupidity and injustice must stop. I don't care whether you try to spill the blood of my ally nations or your own. This is going to end NOW. What you are doing is wrong. You're hurting yourself more than you are the supposed enemy by attempting to fight without a definite, visible purpose. I'm afraid that if you go ahead with this war, you will be out of an ally region. I do not approve of how your region has decided to turn on its member nations. It's deplorable. Not many (if any) have announced in any way that your actions are just and sound. I have one who is remaining neutral. However, if you war with UES, I will have to remove The Liberty League from alliance with The Guardian Patriot Alliance.
