Der Auftrag is willing to offer between $30 Billion and $90 Billion for the purchase of between 200 and 1000 square acres of land for A.N.B. and/or U.W.M. sites in any country. Under the laws set by this agreement: Once the land is purchase from said country/countries,the bought from country is unable to step on the purchased land without personal acceptence from the Fuhrer. They are not allowed to redeem this land,and it is forever to be considered part of The Nazi Regime region. The country in which this land resides is not intitled to know ANYTHING about the happenings on the bought property. If populace of the country who bought dwell on said purchased land,one of two things will occur: (A) The people will be relocated free of charge or (B) The people staying there will work for The Nazi Regime and will have a 40% tax increase on land,no questions asked.

No negotiations are to be quarreled over this matter other than how much land (between said acres) and how much money (between said prices).
