We here have just started, and are very interested in the radar/detection technologies. We have started immediatly mass R&D on the technology, but were wondering if we could get help through Hardware (For R&D) or cash for research for the starting nation.

Breakthrough! Shmorgasborg Scientists have just found a way to lock onto other radar. A device picks up RADAR waves that have refracted off whatever vehicle or thing the device is on, and tracks its point of origin. Its still in VERY early developments, and has only worked twice. More research shall be done..
