The base, codenamed "Eagle's Nest", will be build on our Province of Atlantic Island. It will be the staging point of all RDF operations.
If no Accord members oppose the choice of location, we will proceed in building the base. However, it would be of value if the nation of Phyrric allowed the building of another RDF base in it's territory.
