the international-rba merge was never finalised, it was only proposed...

The RBA is not a new alliance, It's the biggest Communist allaince on nationstates. You'll have to ask CP or Dr_Twist for a membership list.

Wht are the rules as an RBA member?

Well, first off you have to be left wing or left wing friendly. And second off, no terrorists.

I'm left-wing and not a terrorist organization. I might be interested in joining, as I own lands bordering RBA nations, and am communist. I have a pretty large Central Asian empire, owning Kazak, Tajik, Uzbek, and Kyrgyzstans, the northern 2/3 of Afghanistan, Pakistani Kashmir, and Iran, along with control of north-western China, though I am involved in a pretty big war for that.

If Daylam is Communist and is in the RBA, why is he incorporating lands? He's fighting to take Xinjiang from the Republic of China ( Daylam against the NS Region China ), isn't that Imperialism? Isn't that what Communist is about, Anti-Imperialism? Anti-Agression?
