Japanese Antarctica will launch several satellites using their M-V rocket system (http://www.jaxa.jp/missions/projects/rockets/m_v/index_e.html) The majority of the satellites will be for GPS systems and intelligence gathering. However, two satellites will be launched for testing of Japanese Antarctica's new weapon. (http://www.nationstates.net/forum/viewtopic.php?p=3202211&highlight=#3202211)

4 GPS satellites and one intel gathering satellite have been launched. We are nearly sure that they are in stable orbit. Can any other nation confirm this? More satellites wiill be launched pending confirmation by another nation.

Another 10 GPS satellites have been launched, including one of the two satellites exclusively for Japanese Antarctica's new weapon. 6 more satellites are slated for launch in the following days.

We are watching the launches of all satillites to ensure that they do not endanger any USIH satillite of any of its allies. We are also keeping track of satillites to make sure any weapons bearing ones are not over flying our nation.

if you are addressing the satellite technology, we can afford it because we are using small, inexpensive satellites (http://www.amsat.org/amsat/AmsatHome.html).
But if you are addressing the Wardenclyffe tower, we put only a small amount of research considering we already had the plans to the tower. The materials were not that expensive (Tesla was pretty much broke during his entire life, though his Wardenclyffe was never really completed.). Finally, we do make a lot of money even though our country is fairly new.

The final 6 satellites have been just launched and are expected to reach stable orbit in the next few minutes.

No, it is not for sale. There was an offer, but it was withdrawn when the weapon was completed.

None of our satellites carry weapons. They just aid in targeting of weapons systems.
