As of 12:00 PM (Haton time) and with the seeming end of the Allanean-UnAPS conflict in sight, the entire standing Hattian military is recalled home (Except for those remaining in Allanea until Accord forces withdraw.)
The Commisar of War has released statements saying they plan to reduce their numbers greatly to around 6 million. The military plans to reduce it's reliance on large numbers and concentrate more on having a small, well trained and well equipped military. (Not that it wasn't before, but more so.)
The new military will be equipped with mostly new domestically developed and built equipment.
In other news, the Home Guard Corps has been activated to fend off any who may try to take advantage of our current vulnerability.
