Well, first on the agenda, we need a cool name for our alliance.

I agree, but shouldn't we wait for the other nation, wat was it called again?

someone make an alliance for us to all join, oh and I sign, all in all I lost a good amount of men, around 100-200 in total, this includes the fights in the south. Many civilians were also killed.

Alright then, from now on, we are known as CAD. Now, about the Ion Cannon plans I got off Vladimir. I'll share with you guys sinse I probably can't put it into orbit do to my poorness.

You might as well, that can be our negotiation thing.

We do not need the Ion cannon plans, it would be useless. All the technologie we have wouldn't function with those of other nations(it's a failsafe). Plus Ion cannons are weak compared to our weaponary which i regret to inform you that it must remain classified. But if you are in need of finances or ressources to build an ion cannon for urselfs, just ask.

I also have some other nations that would join. There friends of mine, even though I doubt they have much military strength.

Let them come, just as long as they pledge allegence to take action against any opposing force threatening anyone else in the alliance.
