As the small group of visiters sit in a bunker miles awya from the epicenter of the test,the Fuhrer softly smirks,his form sitting in a small aluminum framed chair at the back of the bunker.

"Initiation of final drop stage to commence in 5.... 4.... 3.... 2.... 1... Commence drop code uplink!" The young SS officer says. Within a few moments,a large shockwave reprocussions outward,rocking the cement bunker 500 miles away. A large plume of a pyroclastic toxin rises high into thr atmosphere. Radioactive precipitation begisn to rain down from the thinned stratasphere,flames rising in waves that blanket the desert landscape. A mushroom cloud formate rises ever higher,sending shrapnel in random directions. As the one of the visiters watch,their oculars glancing to a reinforced bunker much like those used in the FWS. The molecular structure of the building breaks down,leaving not a single remnant or essence to show that the building ever existed... Even if it is 267 miles from Drop Zone. A thid shockwave,composed entirely of azure flames crosses atop the reinforced bunker,singeing the outer-hull of the structure. An unforseen consequence commences... The sand around the bunker begins to 'evaporate'. Microwave wavelengths peirce the front of the bunker,causing several of the visiter's cephalic organs to triple in size,rupturing their skulls,sending vermeil streams and a thick semi-solid slime outward through their orifices. Screams echo throughout the bunker,yet Fuhrer Heydrich stay still,seemingly unaffected by any of the blasts,yet his gaurds and visiters drop dead around him do to compacted radiation particles piercing their pores. As the cloud still rises,Reinhard rises,stepping into the galley of the bunker,a subtile smirk still upon his visage,as his lips part,he merely utters,"...A wonderful success..."

*Blinks...watches all of this...is sadly not surprised by the consequences yet again..Sighs softly and makes her way over to Reinhard* The U.N. is really not gonna like this one, Rein...What have I told you about being careful??

I figured you,the Conservetive one wouldn't agree... It's partially my fault the visiters died.. I suppose... But not I,nor my scientists predicted that... Never-the-less.. If they bombard me,they will not only meet that... But I will initate the G.C.P. (Genetic Copying Program). That is a E.P.S.,aka,an Earthly Protection Ship. Its job is to eradicate toxins from the air and bacteria making the area breathable within 48 hours... It will be safe to live here in 72. So,no need to worry.

Premeir Ziatsev poured a glass of water and began to speak to his ministers.

"Comrades, how does a nation like so young develop that technology?"

"They're determined I guess." One minister spoke up.

"We can't get in a war with a nation of that destructive power, or, atleast we must not be the agressors. Are they sure it's a nuetron bomb? Even Hattia is incapable of that, or atleast doesn't have intrest in it..."

"Sir, I suggest we don't give a statement until the fleet returns."

"I agree."

Until now, one man in the shadowed recesses of the bunker had not spoken, though the smirk crossing his face would deem it otherwise. He steppes forward to Reinhard and Marissa, bowing lightly to his friend and ally, and gently taking the hand of Marissa, kissing it lightly.

"You have overdone yourself this time, Rein. You know the UN will be on your ass for this. They may try to take it into their own hands and bomb you with thermite plasma to get rid of you before you can launch. Luckily, you, Marissa, and I all know you have counter measures." Xanatrix announces grimly.

"But, no matter. Seeing as you and I are allies, I shall also support you. The Outrage have been finished, and our new Guilty Gear project is in full swing. We only have one more weapon to develope...one more! Yes, I can see in your eyes you know what it is. It is the time to dig up an old American artifact: the Tesla Guns. But these will be made not only into weapons...but electro-magnetic devices used to divert bullets and missles alike!" Xanatrix's eyes gleamed with the pure excitement of his genius.

"As for you, Marissa, it is nice to hear of your upcoming marriage. I will be attending, so no need to worry about sending invitations. I'll even bring my beloved Honoki along." Xanatrix bows once again. "So, we wait 48 hours to leave the bunker, correct, Rein?" He again slumps against the wall. "Another waiting period. I hate waiting."

To avoid confusion between conservatives and liberals:
Conservatives are right-wing warmongering sociopaths.

As for nuclear weapons, we don't use them. We redirect funding to respectable military assets and the nuclear power program. It's the only way to have reprocessing plants and not get a hard time about nuclear buildup.

Heh... If the UN wish to bombard me with Thermite Plasma,so be it. I'll have a few more secrets up my sleeve to hose their political democratic backing bastards with. The damage was sufficent enough to wipe out London entirely and completely incinerate its outlying skirts into nothing but blackened soil particles. "Yes Mein Fuhrer?"
Reinhard responds,"Initiate the Genetic Copying Program. You have the selected samples,that is all you need. Also,regroup the Panzeurfast Divisions of 2 through 13,the Lueftwaffe Sqaudrons 5,77,90,and 16,Toten Tank Divisions,and the Waffen-SS. Thank you,and good day."

Xanatrix looks sharply to the phone and back to Reinhard. He smirks and laughs lightly, causing Marissa's face to cover in confusion.

"So you finally started up that little project of yours, eh, Rein? Well, I bet you even used my little wedding present to you and Talia. Your DNA, your brother's DNA...and mine. That blood must have come in handy, even though it was a blessing from your friend to you." Xanatrix chuckles under his breath.

"This will cause upstarts of enormous magnitude when found out about, Rein. An army consisting of some of the best minds and bodies in the world. The world now has something to fear..."

*Reinhard sets the phone down softly*
Ah,yes I did. It will come in handy. And yes,the world will have something to fear... I pitty the U.N. if they try and raid my country. Cause once the DNA samples are palced in the machine it merely takes point .673 seconds to create one copy... And I have 300 machines... So.. Think about that equation friend. Oh,and Marissa,I believe you need to build up your defence and offense some. Instead of just holding up a relationship with your lover.

This is a terribly destructive force, which should be used by nations that are entirly stable. As such we have taken our own interest into these test. We demand any of these weapons be turned over to the juristiction of the United Nations, and weapon inspections be allowed to take place in your nation.

We have tested an A.N.B. within our national border. Thus we are completely and legally abiding by U.N. rulings considering we are a nuclear active country. I do not wish to cause hostilities to your country. But this is an internal affair that I allowed to take placed under my command in my own country. I merely allowed a select few visiters witness it. I have no plans to engage any country with this weapon of mass destruction. If you honestly believe a young nation is going to engage in direct warefare this early: No offense,but you are nieve. Thus,I will not allow the U.N. to inspect my country under conspiracy. Especially not after publicly adressing the world and stating that I have a nuclear program,and have had one for quite some time.

Xanatrix laughs lightly at the telegram as Reinhard read it aloud.

"He really thinks he can beat us? I mean, if I combine the Outrage to it's full potential, I have the Disruptor Cannon. And then, combined with my electro-magnetic devices and a rocket to space, I can have a new type of un-jammable, world-wide assault device." Xanatrix muses aloud.

Xanatrix straightens himself, pulling out a sleek, black cellphone, and dialing his Weapons Development department.

"Sol. Load the Outrage into Disruptor cannon mode, and combine with the Electro Tracking we've been designing. Load it onto a rocket, and prepare for lift-off, but don't countdown yet. We wanna wait until absolutely necessary."

Xanatrix hangs up the phone. "And now, Rein, we have our secret weapons loaded, correct?"

*Tosses the paper on the aluminum galley table,allowing everyone to read. He lifts up his cellphone,pressing speeddial number 2.*
"Hello.. RSHA Head Officer. Josef,place sites 1,3,6,8,and 19 on red alert. Those are the ones with that U.W.M. uses correct? Good.. They also are comp-" The line cuts out as Josef interupts -- "Yes,yes they are Mein Fuhrer,they will be ready sir. Good day." The two hang up,and palce their phones down,both feeling the same feeling.

"Xanatrix," Reinhard replies,"I want to keep peace aslong as possible,but.. I will be prepared for the last resort..."

The Alpha site's ICBM launching facility has been ordered to prep for missile launch. Time till launch sequence can begin: 35 minutes (NS).

The black phone at Xanatrix's breast pocket rings gently. He proceeds to retrieve it from his cloak, and opens it to respond.

"This is Xanatri- Hanna, what's wrong? An order for a launch strick from Hallad to here? Not good, definately not good. Okay. Mm-hmm. Okay. Yeah, I will. Thanks, Hanna. Your spying equipment is working us miracles."

He proceeds to place the phone back in his pocket, and looks straight at Reinhard. "We have 35 minutes till Hallad Submarines launch ICMBs here. We should activate your Electro Shields, now."

A large beping noise echos throughout the bunker. Reinhard picks up his phone as it rings
"Sir,Hallad is plannign to launch Icbms!"
Reinhard responds,"Activate the E.M.P.F.!"
At this,hundreds of transformers spotted throughout the entire Nazi Regime (Der Auftrag,Dictatorship of Everlock,and ProNazi Nation) activate,a deep azure toned shield enveloping these nations in their entirity. A shield not even piercable by the Outrage Cannons or A.N.B.s.
Reinhard listens as all metallic and elctronic objects 100 miles outward of the shield suddenly incinerate,their molecular structure breaking down into utter nothingness.

Reinhard hangs up,quickly uplinking to Hallad's ruler:
"I advise you to not pressure me into a direct attack upon your nation.. As you see,I have many secrets up my sleeve." Reinhard closes the link as the radar distruptor field activates above and around The Nazi Regime airspace.

OOC: How exactly did you know that? that transmission was sent VIA EAM (Emergancy Action MEssage) You would have had to decrypt it, which would have taken a while. And, those ICBM Lauch centers were notified by a person with a note, which then would have had to be authenticated, ect. ect.

OOC: As your nation said before, we've striven to make technologies beyond your own. Don't you think our interception devices would also be more advanced, and our decryption devices?

OOC: Well,maybe you should either check the loyalty of your nation.. Or post that it was via note. My shields will remain up,considering note-transmission wasn't stated.

Reinhard reactivates the communications-uplink with Hallad's leader.
"Still planning on launch your ICBM's at me when I haven't displayed hostility towards your nation? Or woul you rather take this up with the U.N. displaying how you are below my airspace without a permit? Heh... My A.N.B./U.W.M. sites will remain on Red Alert till your intentions are made clear."

Reinhard closes the link,callign the R.S.H.A. and ordering Josef to send out the first 30,000 Geneticly Copied Storm-Troopers. He watches via satellite uplink as a great mass of black attired,and heavly armed storm-troppers copies of Xanatrix,Reinhard,and Nailzarack swarming outside the capitol of Der Auftrag,Schmettersmite.

ooc: listen, even if you had advanced decryption abilities, you still have no idea what type of a code Hallad uses, therefore it woul still take you about a month to decrypt anything from Hallad.

IC:

Hallad has never at one time planned to use Nuclear weapons against your nation, nor are we under your airspace. The fact that our satilites (sp?) observed your nation is in violation of no interational treaty. Remeber, you do not control outer space.

*Reinhard smiles as Hallad's ruler finishes speaking.*
"I see... So you openly admit spying on my country via your satellites? Hmm.. Well...is your communist government willing to call down your countries alert status and call this a truce? Or shall it be another incident like Facist White States?"

We did not spy, we observed your nation, just like we observed most every other on earth. We in no way targeted your nation.

*As Reinhard almost speaks,his cellphone rings,he answers.*
"Sir,"a young man answers,"we are faxing you pictures from a SS Recon Airship that flew over Ecco 146 around 7 minutes ago. It appears to be a submarine of some sorts,seems to be of communist alliance and design."

*Sure enough,a picture slides down the aluminum table as a submarien seems to be within the waters. Reinhard slams the phone down,hanging up* "Leader of the nation of communist Hallad.. What is this!" He yells,showing him the picture via satellite picturing,"Do not tell me that isn't your submarine. I know a commie sub when I see one! Call it out of Ecco 146."

Just then, Xanatrix's phone rings once again. He pulls it out and listens to Hanna.

"Yes Hanna? I'm sort- WHAT?! No...no...this can't be! Shit! An Unknown Weapon attacked Hallad's satellites and spacepads, this weapon coming from our airspace? Who did it?" He pauses. "Damnit! Terrorists again, those assholic bastards!" He hangs up the phone. "Leader of Hallad, I am dreadfully sorry, but somehow, someone has framed me for attacking you. Please, do not take repurcussionary actions."

He then whispers to Reinhard, so soft as to not even be heard by the best equipment. "My team has done it. No satellite shall ever again exist in Hallad."

"That is an Ohio class submarine. Used by many nations, and not of Communist design. And that position, as far as I know is 20 miles into international waters." He looks for a paper. "Ah, yes." He says as he finds a map. He put in on a table, it showed that position Ecco 146 was indeed in international waters.

"Premier Ziatsev! We need to talk." A man in unform calls out.

"Yes, yes. Well, perhaps we can continue this conversation at a later time. Something has come up."

Reinhard smirks lightly,as he picks up his phone,odering a scouting mission. Several seconds after he hangs up,four Barbossa 67's (Comparable to a Stealth Bomber with the spead and manuverabilty of a F-22 Raptor) fly over Ecco 146,their Warhawk missles armed incase of any military engagement in battle is needed. Several digital pictures are taken,and wired back to the bunker.

*Transmission Opened*

"Err, Damn backup satilites... peices of shit. Premier Ziatsev! I think we've got the uplink back..." A electrical worker says.

*Uplink Failed*

An hour later

"The transmission is open, Comrade Premier."

"Alright then." Ziatsev approaches the screen. "Are you there, Reinhard?"

*Yawns,abruptly awaking in a sitting position,hsi face facing the screen.*

"Ah,yeah.. I'm here..." Reinhard says,"Are you ready to bring down the alert status of your country?"

"Just how would you know about the alert status of this nation? You haven't been spying on the Union have you?"
