ooc-this is going to be a civil war rp. but a very bloody and long war. i expect thousands to die. Battles will be fought all throughout(sp) dracun. This will be a open war. Also i have a request if you are a "superpower"do not overdue it this goes to all nation and if your small i gladly welcome you but please be realistic if you have doubts post that you have some and someone will coment kindly that you need to revise them

7:00 PM Dracun time
In the palace of High Emperor Kacin. A secret and urgent meeting was at hand. The top military/civilian advisors were in the assembly room. At the current time Dozens of protests which were now peaceful were occuring throughout Dracun. They were discussing what to do.
Kacin spoke demadingly"We must kill them all of for defying me do you not agree Commander,Govenors"
Supreme commander thrawn spoke"We can't my liege, they might turn violent and-"
Kacin cut him off"I could care less kill them, Kill them all that is final...anyone who disagrees with me will face the same prospect, understood"
Everyone nodded to scared to say no.
At that moment the orders were given out and hundreds if not thousands of troops went out to execute the protesters.

7:15,
waterfall city(capital)
20 tanks and 3 helciopters and a few dozens troops went into the crowd mercilessly(sp) slaughtering the citizens. Screams ran out hollow as no-one dared to interfere. hundreds were dying. And no-one seemed to care when all of a sudden guns shot out in defiance. 12 people dressed in black charged the upcoming force. Taking cover and shooting down expertly the troops. A few died before the tanks and helicopter shot back killing even more civilians. With the last few running away the dozen now 4 fell back into an alley. When the troops entered they were gone.
This was occurin all throughout dracun. No-one knew it yet but the bloodiest event in dracun history was about to happen....

news of the violence in the dracun imperium had spread to the Imperium of Man. The high lords of Terra sat in council unsure of what to do about this. "Perhaps we should take action!" one commented. "We should sit back and watch what happens." "Enough!" one voice booms through the heads of the Lords. The powerful psychic voice of the Emperor rumbled through the room. "We are the Imperium of Man, our worlds number as much as the stars themselves what have we to worry about one pathetic rebellion in another empire? But keep an eye on them. Send the members of the Culexses temple, and Callidus temple to keep watch. The Inquisition is also to be informed." The heavy psychic rumbling then faded to nothing. They high lords spoke all at the same time. "As the God Emperor wills!"

(this guy is from another rp of mine what happned was, kacin disbanded the clan council the only thing that made dracun part republic. He executed them all and the chief security agent of one senator promised to avenge the senator's death.)

Drake Medalan sat in the command center of the Black Dragon Clan which was on an undisclosed island The orginzation was reponsible for the uprising that were going horrible. Hundreds dead, there seemed no end to the killing. But all the uprising was just a simple diversion as he spoke the small fleet of the black dragon clan which was made up of only destroyer. 16 to be exact was going to assault the shipyard at Sluis Van. Plus an invasion would follow consisting of 600 men. Barely smaller then the garrison.
"Has everyone guard been raised?"Drake asked
"Yes commander we expect the fleet to arrive soon"
"Well done captain Cornache, since the base is expecting all destroyers to be shipped there anyway they wont expect an attack much less an invasion."
"Yes commander drake if all goes well we will have control of an entire shipyard." Captain comache said eagerly
"Soon kacin will fall and the clan council will be restored."Drake said confident.

At Sluis Van Shipyards,

The small fleet aproached the base. Captain Marntin S. Grent led the destroyers on a suicide charge. They were carrying not only troops which where hidden. But explosives also so that if there hit and are close by a ship both ship would either explode or be damaged.
"Destroyer fleet please identify yourselves this is Sluis Van control" the comm spoke
"We are here to be dismantled and scraped for other ships we are group Alpha-Beta-3"Grent spoke into the communication console
There was a moment hesitation"Your cleared Alpha-Beta-3"
Grent smiled soon sluis van would belong to him

Admiral Zahn was on his flagship Olympian(lightning carrier) When the 16 destroyers aproached. Something is not right he thought. When suddenly his worst fears were proven right when the destroyers opened fire and troops jumped off ships and swan toward the base
"Oh my god the riots have reached here"Zahn said grimly and suprised
"Battle stations now!"he screamed.

Ares toranto was a member of the sluis van shipyard garrison. He just woke up like many others after a long nights sleep. When suddenly the alerts turned red and sirens blared...this is not a drill battle stations, battle stations Ares like the rest of the garrison ran for the armoury. As soon as he entered he grabbed guns and grenades. He relized that he was still in pajamas and didnt realy care his temperary home was under attack and he will die defending it... He ran out of the barrack to see hell unfolding aircraft soared into the air while the remaing tidal battleships dualed it out with the destroyers. One destroyer was hit and suddenly it changed it's coarse. It head right for the aircraft carrier emincence It connected and there was a gigantic explosion that shook the ground. And both ships began to sink.
He saw the men begin to arrive on shore armed with ancient m-16s. Ares grabbed his gun and charged with the rest of the garrison

The battle was furious Men were being shot all over. Ares did not care if he was shot he just wanted to defend his home. He laid down another "Hoodie" which was given to the black suited becuase of their masks which made them look like people planning on robbing banks.
Screaming was heard all over as one by btoh sides were losing troops quickly. Ares got out of his cover and just sprayed the area with his gun. 2 unlucky victims fell to his gun. Ares turned in time to see his best freind Mike get shot straight through the head.
"Nooo!"he screamed and he saw the victorious Shooter he charged. Only to have to duck and cover I'll get you,you bastard you just wait

The Olympian shuddered as another destroyer exploded way to close. It seemed to Zahn that these destroyers were ment to exploded.
"Have all d-71s target destroyers and d-raptors target the troops"
"As you command Admiral"
With only 10 destroyer left they all hoped that they would retreat but it didn't seem likley...

Fighters flew over The battlefield. They were lending support to the Dracun military and were expertly shooting down multiple enemy troops. The ground shook as another destroyer exploded.
Ares was still trying to get to the shooter but to no avail. Finally there was an opening and Ares charged...

"We must send troops to assist the garrison. They will lose otherwise!"One voice screamed. Right now the assembly room was in chaos that the rebels had actiualy launched a full-out assault of one of the most influential shipyards in dracun. Another voice was launched"We must not waste troops when they are needed to be rapidly deployed elsewhere!" Kacin just about had it. It seemed his whole empire was falling apart. Then he came up with an idea"Get the colony of hybird on the phone. Have them send there half there army over to sluis van they should arrive in less then a few hours"The screaming continued"Dammit! i demand silenece" he ordered. Silence fell"Get hybird to send troops now! and out of my sight all of you!"the assembly room quickly emptied and gave kacin time to think

Ares charged dodging by pure chance bullets and rockets. He rolled and zigzagged. Suddenly he was upon His friends murderer. He jump onto him and wacked him across the face with the but of his rifle. The victim of the rifle butt eyes went back and he died from the force of the butt."I got revenege now its time to protect my country"he said turned around and suddenly a bullet pierced his chest. Ares fell back Dead....

AH, we do not wish to support a regime which enslaves it people.

We will stay out of this for now, but may possibly send aid to the rebels if they seem to be telling the truth and we belive they have a chance of winning as we dont want to prolong a war that would end one way anyway.

EDIT:We have moved small aprt of our fleet towards your country in case they are needed. There may be a small number of troops aboard. But we do not wish to say much else. We are still not commited to joining.

kacin sat in his command room in his palace,where previously installed cameras were presenting the battle to him. When an aide bursted into the room
"Sir a fleet has been deployed near our waters...your orders?"
Kacin smiled identify the number of ships and deal with it accodingly"
