The People's Republic Of Neo Pacifica is a young and proud nation seeking to claim it's part in the international community and world polictics. Our people have endured many pains and many hardships after the 'Pacific Wars' between our former rulers in Terra Pacifica and our armed resistance which we rooted out in a fight for our right to independence.

That war left us crippled and helpless with a new political system in play, a staggering economy which finally has recovered, and a wary colonial force which lacks the right equipment and moblility we now seek. We now look forward to our future and to achieve our place in the world.

As I, Ryo Meki, Premier of the People's Republic Of Neo Pacifica has decided to with approval from the National Congress to disband the Colonial Guard consisting of the Militia, Coast Guard and Air Detachments, and create a new modern armed force which can adequately defend our borders and deploy forces around the world to the standard of modern warfare. Contracts will be granted to the bidder with 'best equipment for best value' standard. Our budget is located here...
