Notquiteaplace and possibly other mineral archipelago states are beginning space research. The intention is to launch a shuttle three time a year to launch sattelites and undertake zero G research. This is due to a large defence budget but limited personnel recruitment, that is that we could buy more equipment but cant recruit fast enough to use it without compulsory enlisting.
Research has begun and the launch site has not yet been chosen. As such the project will be a few years yet. There will be three missions a year with space on the shuttle purchasable at a price. No offensive weapons will be ported up for non contributors and Mineral Archepilago contries will not be doing so unless all contributors agree on this.
THe sattelites will not be of an offensive nature, some defensive sattelites to scan for misiles and work with the defence system will be launched, as will some TV communications and weather sattelites.
Anyone wishing to sell plans for existing and sucessful (mod tech equivalent) shuttles please telegram as these would aid research. We will pay up to $400m for plans of this nature.
