The Government of Seraya is spending nearly 500 million $ for the development of the country's north which has a great potential of natural resources such as oil and silver. However, if the spending continues as it is, nearly 90% of the resources will remain unused for at least the next 50 years. That's why we are in need of states who posess the money to invest in this region. In exchange, we offer a certain percentage of the region's oil and silver. Of course, the exact conditions can be negotiated.
