We are seeking a nation with strong production credentials( you must be able to prove you can do this) that has a massive ship building facility. We are, in short looking for the best nation out there to build us a ship. We will pay 30,000,000,000 Relkons (1 Relkon = 1 USD) plus the cosyt of building material. We will only reveal the full specs to the nation we choose to build this ship for us, but here is some general information.
It must be:
at least 1200 yards long
at least 400 yards wide
capable of reaching speeds of 40 knots
be able to stay at sea for three years at a time
have crew quaters for 200,000 men
and be nuclear powered.

We are interested although to be honest we'd have to build the shipyard to accomadate you. We won't brag ourselves up but we do have acces to foriegn markets and can import better skilled labour. Please consider Nova Hope

- Two days to build the first ship with every ship after progressively quicker as our workers become more skilled at doing what they do.*

My men could do it in 2 years tops. We alos have tons of money to do anythig we whant with, I have hundreds of ship yards(i like to keep every aspect of my military up to date) and If you let me built it, if you odnt like it, i will build the other one on my paycheck.

We don't have any store fronts as we believe them to be spreading uncontrolled uncontained weapons around the world. The reason I offer this to you is the opportunity I'd have to possibly make a diplomatic tie to another strong representitive government. When building this I'd attempt invite some of your leaders to tour the country while here to inspect the dry dock and speak of your foriegn policies.
