Earlier this evening, the Parliament of the Rogue Nation of Masaka Cisco passed the "Dying With Dignity" Bill. The passage of this bill legalizes the use of Euthanasia in hospitals to "Put those in pain out of their misery- if they ask".

When questioned about the bills passage, President Jack Cisco of the Masaka Cisco government had this to say, "Even though medical science has come a long way, there just some diseases that we still cannot cure. That is why we (The Parliament) decided to legalize the use of Euthanasia."

I think this is indeed a conundrum. People for decades have argued about whether euthanasia is right or not. Although I feel that taking a humans life is wrong, if they are in pain and suffering then it should be allowed to "put them out of their misery."


OOC: After my grandfather fell ill after his stroke and his diabetes got exceedingly worse we signed the waiver for non-recessitation. Yeah, I know its not euthanasia, but i feel like it corresponds to the topic in general.
