Libericus Federal Arms Co. Releases Tactical Combat Rifle

Today Libericus Released information on its new standard infantry rifle. The S.I.A.R. or Standard Issue Assault Rifle, TCR-1s will become the new rifle used by the Liberican Federal Armed Forces. It is available for sale at a limited time reduced price of 3,000 USD.
Below are specs and pictures of the new weapon:

Advancements over the M16A2:
-500 percent increase in probability of incapacitation
-New soldier capability to defeat targets in defilade
-Effective range to 1,600 meters
-Day/night fire control
-Wireless weapon interface
-Substantial weight reduction
-Ergonomic design

Specs/Features of the S.I.A.R. TCW-1s:

-Precise target range which is automatically communicated to the 20mm
HE (High Explosive) bursting ammunition.
-Soldier “lases”, aims and fires.
-Five times more lethal than the M16/M203, at more than twice the range
-Full defilade target capability
-Day/night fire control; weapon interface, iron sight backup
-Laser ranging accuracy: ±1/2m out to 500m; ±1m out to 1000m
-Moving target tracking capability
-Identification of closest enemy threat option
-Rate of fire with KE (Kinetic Energy) ammunition: >975 rounds/min; with
HE >10 rounds/min
-HE ammunition functional modes: airburst, MOUT short arm, point
detonation, point detonation delay, and self-destruct
-KE: Single Shot, 2 Round Burst, Full Automatic; HE semi automatic
-Recoil level: only slight more than M16
-Ruggedized composite weapon housing
-Separable HE/KE weapons
-Easily field strippable in less than two minutes

have you figured out how to lighten the gune, because that is the one reason it is not used in the U.S. Army.
