"Over the course of the past five years beginning in my father Asoka's reign the military under General Heinrich von Steibel has effectivley controlled the government leaving the Maharajahs as little more then figureheads while they remain hidden. We have broken this iron fisted rule by the army thanks to the valiant efforts of royal guard and mercenaries who assasinated this general on my son's orders. This has effectivley broken Fascist rule in my nation and now we shall revert back to our old libertarian, peaceful empire of old. The military rule has caused much suffering including creation and plans to use Ebola and other bioweapons, increase of tributary annual payments, and secret firebombing of unpaying tributaires. We want to become a peaceful and respected memeber of the international community again.....

But first changes must be made:

All bioweapons are to be destroyed immediatey and chemical weapons arsenals are to be reduced to nothing over a period of 10 years.

Tribute payments are eliminated and the tributaries are hereby placed under direct rule.

All spacebased weapons are to be destroyed or converted into peaceful uses.

Small income tax of 5% will be instituted to pay for an advanced military to fight evil and support justice.

We ask that members of the old regime be tried by an international court for warcrimes and crimes against humanity.
