Inside the radar base, a relic of the cold war, Agamemnon was consulting with his followers.
"The Jordaxian isles are perfect for expansion. For a start, we already control this radar center, and the islands are widely spread, and largely uninhabited. We can consolidate our power, grow our strength, and assume control in the City of Chambers. I shall mingle amongst the populace, and turn them to our cause. The islands have been without religion for millenia. The people cry out for a cause to believe in, and I shall use this to take control. You are my most loyal friends, you have been with me since the beginning of the blooded sect. Shall you follow me to the gates of hell?"
The small crowd cheered for Agamemnon, echoing through the corridors of the base, dissipating into the jungle outside.

Agamemnon called a quick meeting with his generals, where they finalised their arrangements.
"We must establish control of the outer islands first. Several more of these radar bases exist on other islands. If we can assume control of every one, then we can see everything that flies in and out. We'll also have a few easily defendable strongholds should everything go wrong. Agreed?"
The generals concurred, and the meeting drew to a close, with minor points being discussed.

(OOC: This is where Blooded lands comes in. He's gonna RP Agamemnon, and I'm going to RP the Jordaxian government. Most people will be welcome, if they can provide some evidence of their RP skill. Those with no history will be judged on the quality of their request, and my discretion. It will be character to begin with, then we'll see. Also, nobody would have anything in my capital city, unless they were an MP, or an immediate aide, or very similar. The island is off limits to foreigners, and the public.)

The ARSB base in Jordaxia, covering the island that was 'given' to them by the Jordaxian government during the CAP Treaty ratification, was experiencing fairly tight security measures including continuous patrol around the island and active air defense systems. The reason for the high security: ARSB was pro-FWS, Jordaxia was not, and their citizens, extremists, or rogue military factions may want to attack ARSB assets.

Fourteen F-57A Molniyas flew continuous air patrol along with six DP-21As and three DP-21Gs. An ARSB 941-AX class submarine and her Astron-class escorts sat just beyond the island's shelf. Numerous small missile boats, patrol vessels, and the occasional frigate actively patrolled the ARSB waters, with a few venturing into International waters.

Nearly seventeen SAM batteries were active on the island along with eight mobile SAM batteries and twelve mobile AA weaponry. A 1400 man island defense force was ready in the event of anything that touched the shores.

And finally, the port there was under severe lockdown, so bad that many ships had to get up to four sets of papers signed and sent to NAVCOMM just to leave the port.

The ARSB facility there was as impenetrable as practically possible.

Not really, but I did invite you, and there are not many takers (damn you all!) It's not a CV, just a request for a link so that I can see.
Yes then.

"High Council, we have found a prime location for converts. Apparently the Jordaxian islands have been agnostic longer than our records go back. They would be an excellent location to get converts."

In the council chambers, there are many gathered. They all wear black robes with purple and red trimmings. The leader of the High Council turns toward the other of the nine gathered, the representative of the Wind Sect of the Cult of Muktar.

"Your reports are most useful, Councilman. However, we should not leap into such an opportunity. Members of the Prey Sect shall infiltrate the islands, looking for the possibility the will join our faith. If so, agents of the remaining Sects (OOC: they are Wind, Water, Earth, Fire, Plant, Prey, Predator, and Scavenger. The ninth councilman is the leader, Akan Muktar.) will journey to the islands to make as many conversions as we can."

"Yes, milord Muktar."

Athiest, not agnostic, but that's just for future reference.
Nice to have you onboard, Muktar
A rival religion to the blooded sect? (remember that nobody knows about the sect yet.)
This could be interesting.
