The leader of Nellisland is calling for a summit between all of the nations in the United Sylarian Nations, known as USN, to discuss matters of importance. We request the leaders of each nation to come to a undisclosed location in Nellisland. I will be sending out telegrams to alert the nations about the summit and when they arrive we will begin!

A message sent out to to Nellisland states:

Vaenv does not agree to meeting at an 'undisclosed' location in Nellisland. We are Ninjas, we trust no one, no offense Nellisland, but why should the meeting be in thyne nation?

I would suggest Gynica, they are our representative in the UN, and Vaenv has been in close contact with Gynica for a long time, i believe that would be in the best interest of all nations if we meet in the land that will be representing us in the UN

Reason: Because I am the region's self-proclamed undisputed Forum Master, Nellisland is the regional founder, and I agree with Nellis on the location.

I have a couple of things to say:

1. Where has everybody been! I sent out telegrams a while ago!

2. Muktar, you can't proclaim yourself as anything!

3. I don't care where the summit is I just want it to happen because we to talk to people.

4. Muktar and Vaenv would please get the others to come to this summit because people don't listen to me!

I do not care where this summit is but I suggest One of the small islands off the Nelislandian shore as he is the founder and you should trust him Vanev my Ambassadors are on their way to nellisland to await the naming of the summit

I was just wondering when I acquired islands? I don't have a problem with it but I was just wondering?

Gynican envoy Vels Shibn is en route to the predestined Island. He (on behalf of Gynica as a whole) extends a full vote of confidence towards Nellisland and its security force. However, in order to minimize interregional terrorism, several scouting boats disguised as fishing boats have been deployed off the coast into the international waters.

The disguise constitutes:
5 "Drunken sailors" having a regular party.
Nets that are cycled about every few hours (on a regular schedule, I might add)
An enclosed Crow's Nest atop The mast.

The hidden elements are:
THe sailors are really Marines (Duh)
The cycling of the nets ins actually an excuse to drop a Sonic bouy into the water and listen for enemy activity
Within the crows nest a high-tech lab has been set up with soft Radar, And Vid cameras pointing in many directions. One sailor monitors it at all times, (the sixth member of the crew)
Below deck (where fish would be stored) are actually A few torpedo tubes, and 6 guns with ammo, not to mention a communications station.
