The Senate
Whereas the forces of the Dark Empire of Corpsac have launched numerous unprovoked attacks against the starships and have committed genocide on a wide scale destroying 12 systems of the United Terran Alliance
Bearing in mind its primary responsibility under the Charter for the maintenance of interplanetary peace and security,
Having considered all possible diplomatic alternatives,
1. Declares accordingly that the that a state of war exists between the United Terran Alliance and the Dark Empire Corpsac;
2. Authorizes and directs the Joint Chiefs and the General of Star fleet to employ the entire naval and military force of the United Terran Alliance and the resources of the government to wage war against the The dark empire of corpsac with the goal of bringing the conflict to a successful conclusion.


Thanks to the nation of Arenumberg we have identifyed that corpsac has attacked 12 sytems compleatly oblitroaiting them millions were killed Civlians the remaining convoy setteld in 2 sytems witch are now heavly defneded ..
We ask for the suppourt of evry one to help us stop this manic .

The Fed union has moblized and has begun to set up mine feilds heavy mind feilds along the border of cropsac and in all sytems mine fleilds and ships have been moblized
the 10th 7th 8th and 9th fleets have been dispatched to fortify the corpsacian border.

Dontgonearthere will act to defend CorpSac, if the nation in question reqeusts our assistance. Troops have been repositioned for fast deployment and DGNT forces in Sol, Pax and Dominus have been placed on High Alert.
In the case of any attack the International Mall will place sanctions on the Federal Union and freeze any of its orders.

OCC: Just an idea, but I don't think TFU read the last three lines of CorpSac's post in the "Colonizing the Gamma Quadrant" thread. In the post, CorpSac blew up a couple suns in an effort to incriminate me and derail some territory negotations. This is probably what TFU is referring to.

TFU the ships were part of the UTA fleet, the ships were made for the uta fleet and were udner teh command of the UTA fleet command. all evidance will point to the UTA not the DESC, im sorry to say but the UTA commited the Genocide not the DESC.

any nations apart from UTA members can look over the logs of the DESC completly and will find that that fleet was part of the UTA fleet no command was sent wat so ever by the DESC or the emperor or the House council, DGNT can have full acess to the logs.

In any case, he will most likely have a good portion of the IM nations backing him, the IM is not a military alliance, but its members do feel some attachment, mostly because they tend to buy from each other alot.

Valkeries are exported from the Dark Empire, are they not? Anyone could have purchased those units. Unless you provide uncontestable evidence that the Dark Empire was responsible for this act, we will be forced to help defend the Dark Empire.

He SELLS them, doesn't he? Anyone he sells them to could have used them in this attack. Heck, he could've even packaged them with the Ravanos Cruisers that he sold to Skeez. You'll have to provide better proof. Especially since it was 2 Ravanos cruisers that blew up the suns, not a couple of valkeries.

2 Ravanos Cruisers borke away from the Armada and exited hyperspace at 2 of the 12 UTA systems. they each exited near the sun with out warning fired the torpedos into the sun, one even fired a Blackhole Torpedo corseing the suns to Explded or calpase apon them sleves they jumped out as soon as the Torpedos left there tubes.

I see no mention of Valkeries being used in the attack.

er...TFU your wrong VF made a large order of the Valkyrie untis in the NS storefront (link to the IM storefont) and as i was a member of the UTA and as a uta member i put forward some of my fleet to part of the UTA fleet and built ships for the UTA fleet for that purpase the UTA fleet did in fact have CorpSacian designed ships in it as CF will find no Order was given by the DESC to use Nova weapons as i stated the ships that did were at the time part of the UTA fleet following UTA orders

Halfway between the Fleets of CorpSac and The Fedral Union

Two Battlecruisers and a Destroyer with markings that designated them as Indra Prime Warships dropped out of Hyperspace and settled to a stationary position and sent a communication to the lead vessels of both CorpSac and The Fedral Union. The Message was also copied to all the other flagships in the region who were engaged in this conflict. To prevent this arrival of several hardened battle vessels the three vessels maintained minimal shields and left the weapons offline to show the that the Indra vessels bore no ill will towards either side.


"Attention vessels of CorpSac and The Fedral Union. This is Colonel Jonathan Glazius of the Indra Prime vessel Avalon. Our presence has been requested to help find a peaceful settlement of this conflict between your two nations. We request that in order to succeed with this diplomatic negotiations we will need envoys from each nation to board our ship so we can discuss the situation at hand. While these negotiations are on going, the Allied vessels need to stand down to prevent any misfires at any other vessel. Each nation may send one vessel to rendevous with the Avalon so transfer the delegations to the peace talks.If your nation is interested in peace then do not pass up this chance for peace. It will be your only chance. We offer our services as a third party and a neutral observer. We await to hear your responses. Avalon standing by."

With that, the transmission was sent and all they could do was to wait for any word.
