The Five Civilized Nations will in two weeks call a Strategic Arms Reduction Conference and will present its draft for a new treaty, entitled the Global Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty (GSART).
All nations are welcome to attend as an observer, but only nations with populations over 1.5 billion will be able to attend as a full attendant of the conference.
The Five Civilized Nations hopes that the international response to this action will bring about a timely and adequate response, which will allow for the eventual elimination of strategic arms from the world.
