An alliance dedicated to the enhancement of member nations' air forces, the rapid development of new aerospace technology, and common defense of all nations working toward these goals, the Council of Air Powers was officially formed as of 5:51 PM, Tuesday, May 18. The following attendee nations of the Zoogiedom Air Conference Ratified the initial draft of the charter, thus creating the CAP and giving themselves Founding Member status and rights:

Those nations wishing to apply for membership in this alliance shall need to submit an application to the Founder nations via the forums, and containing the required information stated by the charter. Only those nations with formidable air forces or are considered frontrunners in the aerospace development sector will be considered.
