Errhmm... Utopiaism gave me a telegram telling me that I pick on nations of smaller size and power and he wants to take me out. I just want to say, that I, General Roz believes that it is a very foolish idea to declare a war with me where I, Roz-topia has double the size of a nation than Utopiaism has. On the other hand I am also backed by many alliances that will see Utopiaism as nothing more than a "little nuisance". Now I am giving Utopiaism one more chance to back down or he will have to suffer the wrath of Roz-topia and his allies.

Lets leave Roz alone. Here are some hints Roz, when approaching a decleration of war, don't be so blunt and show some RP skills, that usually helps people respect you. And wait to see if the other nation can make it, that usually helps to.
