Following recent threatening turns in global events and by considerable pressure from other brethren nations, Schultaria Prime's 50 year policy of conservative and isolationist foreign affairs is slowly drawing to a close.

Our nation seeks to further solidify contacts between nations who have had good, long standing, relationships with us in the past. It is our intention to expand on this informal goodwill and establish more permanent ties with the rest of the outside world. A BUMP to see if anyone is interested in establishing an embassy or a more permanent treaty.

The Roydia Class, Triara Class, Grevant Class, and Shrike Class, of which was included in the naval contract, have recently undergone major refits. Changes in areas of the design have improved the defense capabilities and overall seaworthiness. These revised designs will be wired to you.

Thank you for your willingness to submit these refits to the SDF, we hope that our Treaty of Protective Union will keep us both safe for years to come.

OOC: I deleted Catania Marinov's embassies and consulates and reposted the line with your diplomatic stats. I didn't remember to proof read the page change when I sumbitted the updated post. (Shows how much people view other pages of my site, including myself.)
