Today in a remote mountain area in the UKN, a chemical explosion toke place in which a Chain reaction was set of detonatiing an unfinished Nuclear Test Warhead. the result was about 76 Reserchers dead and 1 Military Reserch Facility Destroyed. while some Hexagon Officials beive that the Anti-Terror Army is to blame, but currently we have decided to take no action against any supposed culprits.

oh right, that, well, i cant help you fight him...and seeing as you have more inbound ICBM's it seems...we can send aid workers after they all hit, so long as the ATA promises to try and not harm our people
