This uprising in my Empire is far worse than I originally thought. If successful it could very well unbalance the Balance of Power in our region. I respectfully request that all nations please alert their nationals and any travelers to the danger that the Empire of Layarteb is on the brink of a major civil war, uprising, revolution, whichever. I wouldn't want any of your peaceful people involved in something that they have nothing to do with. It could get VERY bloody.
