Doujin is outraged at Sniper Country's willingness to subdue the rights of the minority. Any homosexual within Sniper Country that wishes citizenship within Doujin will be granted citizenship. Doujin will pay the moving costs, establish housing arrangements, bring over peoples property, buy the house and sell it to the 'god-fearing men' of Sniper Country, to allow the homosexual minority of Sniper Country to quickly, and quietly arrange for a new and better life within Doujin.

OOC: You are more than welcome - now to bad I can't just add that 10 million to my population :P It will definatly affect the statistics of homosexual/heterosexual population (right now at 37% homosexual, due to me allowing almost any homosexual who is 'opressed by the majority' to have citizenship in Doujin.
