The May 18th to 19th UN Survey for WMD, the Second this year (last one was 1st of Feabury to 3rd of Feabury), found Evidence of a Nuclear Weapons program includeing;
16 x "Katana" Missle Prototypes
2 x ICBM Bases (one in NK, one in SK)
1 x "Golf III" SSBN (Under Construction)
ljust a few hours ago, on live TV, High Adivisor Arthur Milbridge Benton Announced that it would purchase the Technology to build Nuclear Weapons for just over $150,000,000,000 US Dollars. the entire payment will be paid for In about 15 and a half years, Claimed Hexagon Officials.
it is reported that Some UKN Hexagon Officials argued for 24 Katana ICBMs and 3 lanchin sites, but the UKNHP (United Korean Nations High Parliment) ruled out the idea as "Overlly Agressive towards our Honorable Regional Comrades".
the single Golf III Submarine is meant only to serve as a Training Station for Mainland ICBM Operaters.

The GDMO recognizes the danger inherent in the development of a nuclear weapons program. However, it is well within the sovereign right of UNK to develop their own nuclear weapons. In fact, it seems hypocritical of ATA to demand the nuclear disarmament of UNK when ATA has just fired "1,027 nukes" at Chellis (I believe?).
If ATA takes military action against UNK, the ATA will be seen as the aggressor, and it shall be subject to any and all retaliation from the nations of the world.
