B. 30 Meter long solar panel span provides power. Cental assembly is 20x20 Meters and holds 10 Specially designed missiles which are designed for reentry.
The missiles are 30 Feet long and carry either a minaturized moab-like device or a nuclear warhead. 7/3 ratio respectivley.

Approxamate cost for this weapons system was 10billion not counting the missiles.

Its in space, it will be hard to see what nation it is over. It could fire on a nation close by too it dont have to be right over it.
