I understand everyones problums with FWS for I have also had my own. But, after a LONG diplomatic talks I have decided to call off my conflicts with FWS. They in return have also promised to:

Allow Free Elections
Allow all races to vote
All genders to vote
Cease exciling of races
Demobilization of all military(at home and away)
and ect.

In return I have offered them my protection until the system is working well. I am asking for all nations wanting to attack to try to handle this threw diplomacy. I will also pay for damages caused by FWS. I know damn well if I can handle this threw diplomacy then everyone else can to. I would also like to ask members of the International to try stand down.

Allow me to take each item one at a time. Free Elections. Done, planned for tonight... Results announced around 9-10 pm.

Allow all races to vote... Mobutoland tribals are allowed to vote for their own leaders, recently they elected President Mfume Mugabe. There is not a single non-white under FWS control. They've all been granted freedom in their own traditional tribal lands (Mobutoland). Mobutos vote in Mobuto elections. Fascians vote in Fascians.

However Mobutos are allowed to send voting delegates to the Commonwealth Meetings that are held monthly in Rhodes City to discuss all commonwealth memembers. All members are allowed to cast a vote on issues that concern the commonwealth. But no commonwealth meeting may be used to oppress members of the commonwealth.

All genders to vote. All over 16 may vote, however we still reaffirm Salic Law.

Cease deportation of all non-white races... There hasn't been that in decades (since we kicked them all out ages ago), there are none left to kick out. They're all in Mobutoland living happily now. We provide them with economic opportunities. Also, we sell them food from Fascian Commercial farms at very good rates.

All FWS guerillas (the ASLF, FLF, and PFLF) will be brought back into the FWS Defense Forces and under government control. The reserves will be demobilized and sent home. The Regulars will be sent back to their bases to train, practice, drill, maintain equipment etc. Also the FWS navy will sail from Cape Town, South Africa and resume cleaning up the oil spills left over from the First War of Fascian Independence.

President General William George Chard was assassinated by one of his own Grenadier guards after he declared that elections would be “postponed indefinitely”.

Parliament decided to move up the election date and so no new president was named. Elections will be held and results announced around 8-10 pm tonight. Candidates for major parties were declared.

I am sorry but this plan has been rejected by the government of Unified Sith.

We ask the international community to do the same, and quite frankly i can not see how Cl can stand to allow FWS to remain in existance. He disgusts me in RL and on NS with his genocide and hatred of blacks.

However, a source high up in the government has been quoted as saying "Free and fair elections? Peace? Human Rights? In FWS? Is it April Fool's Day?" While another high official was overheard to say "FWS a decent, non-expansionist, just nation... No, no, it's too early in the year for pigs to fly."
