we suggest Isle Las Cheyenne, off the coast of Japan. the island was the location of a small town that was destroyed during world war II. there are docks at either end so freighters can be used to transport troops to the island. we think the maximum number of troops involved on each side should be;
1000 Troops
15 Helicopters
10 Tanks
10 Artillery Guns
35 IFVs
Unlimited Transport Trucks

Your forces seem better equipped to play an offensive role, whereas mine are more positional. How's that?

All live ammunition on both sides has been replaced with an electronic "tag" system, every weapon is included in this system, from infantry small arms to missiles, bombs and guns (tanks and howitzers). This is the most realistic way other than using live ammunition.

The Tarawa Class Carrier and its supply ships come to a stop off the coast of the island, several LCAC ferry Marines and Infantry ashore with their equipment to set up a defensive position in the mountains.
The Infantry Battalion begins to construct the forward command post in the mountains where Aequatian forces will be commanded. Razorwire, bunkers and sandbags are set up as defensive structures around the camp.
The Marine Battalion mvoes through the surrounding area, marking spots for ambushes through the mountain passes and preparing artillery units.

The Stryker IAV's set out in six pairs on patrols to keep an eye open for enemy units. Infantry have positioned their howitzers at the forward command post and have sent FOO's out with infantry platoons.
The Marine Battalion remains in the forward command post as a counter-attack force. Predator tanks guard the main entrance as the Hornet light tanks and Avengers protect the Marine howitzers.
OOC: 6pm EST is good, shoot me a tg around then.

Marine AH-1W Cobra gunships prepare for flight onboard the Tarawa carrier should they be needed for close air support.
Infantry attached to one of the Stryker recon units spot one the Comanche helicopters and get into camouflaged positions armed with FIM-92A Stinger MANPAD launchers as the vehicles move away firing smoke to draw the choppers towards the hidden infantry waiting in anticipation.

The Tarawa carrier fires off 15 Land Attack Standard Missiles inland at the port and freighter docked there.
The Cobras gunships duck low to the ground and fire chaff into the air as the Sea Sparrow missiles close in, however, one of the gunships is hit by a missile and is forced to land on the island. The surviving Cobra rises up and fires off its Sidewinders at the remaining UKN helicopters.
Infantry on security detail discover the UKN troops around the camp and promptly open fire on them. Those inside the base discover the VX-Gas bombs and Ordinance Disposal is brought in to eliminate the threat of detonation.
Marine and Infantry howitzers continue to fire upon the port and surrounding area. Another pair of Cobra helicopters, armed for CAS missions, take off from the carrier and move inland to attack the UKN heavy infantry.
