I am officialy apologising for the unfortiant incident when my soilders droped a nuclear bomb on EBD, which killed many of Tasty Foods soilders

OOC: This incident was partly my fault and partly Tasty Foods fault. I said this:

Do not move any troops into EBD.

I also should have checked that there was none of my allies in the city. I would send aid, but it seems you have fired ICBMs at me...

We are sorry for our nuclear retaliation. Even though we can't take the ICBMs back, we will help rebuild your capital city and hopefully in the process rebuild our friendship. We accept full responsibilty for the loss of our troops as we know you warned us. Once again, we are sorry, and we are sending construction crews to help rebuild your capital city.

My cities were not damaged as I have an anti-ICBM/aircraft/etc. system called MEADS that was able to destroy your 5 ICBMs. So don't worry about rebuilding. :)
