Missile Defense System

Due to recent events involving the mass mobilization of certain parties, the GDMO feels that it is vulnerable in some aspects. Because of the threat of nuclear ballistic missiles, we lack the time required for the research and development of systems to counter them. Thus, we are urgently willing to contract a company to build for us a missile defense platform.
Requirements:
Must be flexible, adaptable, and upgradable by me.
Must show high kill efficiency, especially when dealing with multiple warheads.
Must be quickly built.
Must be compatible with current ground-based radar and space-based satellite components. (ooc: i'm running short on time, so just assume that they are.)
Must also provide for defense against guided missiles. (can be a separate system)
Price: Negotiable
Bidding will end soon, so be sure to advertise early!

we have some of the worlds best radar systems and a very effective mislie system in place. We would sell radar technology to youcheaply. Otherwise NQP Almalgamated muntions would infact install this system for a modest (considering your size) price.
NQP AM CEO David Stephen:
The system is modular and works in such a way that several "central points" exist sharing the workload or covering for broken units. Weapons can be added as you wish. The units can be separate and so making it harder to bring the system down as several points can exist making it one of the most reliable and powerful systems going. Thouigh admittantly expensive to intall and maybe inefficient reasouce wise. It has performance that justifies it.
The system will be sold for $55mil as a package wihtou any hardware, we will provide computing units at $10mil each, including several links between them (so they can be spread around making it hard to eliminate the whole system in one go) Your large country would require three for coverage of all areas, though more would allow for increased reliable and resilience to attack. The weapons platforms are up to you, as this system is modular radar and weapons can be installed separately, however our radar technology means that you will have purchased the rights to produce or subcintract your own verison of our advanced radar technology. For $100mil we will install radar coverage of your large country, but this will be with minium overlap and would require you to have purchased the tech and some supercomputers to control the system.
We sadly do not have the reasources to install weapons or other radar peripherals at present due to our small size and existing defence contracts with the NQP government. However if you were to install more radar you could introduce overlap and so a coverage that remains with some damaged units as NQP has. This would be up to you.
Payment will be due at 50% before installation and the rest after, as we will need some of this to cover intial costs and hire addtional workforce to do this quickly.
Thank you for your time.
