Nova Ushuaia

The government of Nova Ushuaia is offering a $200 million dollar contract for 2 airplanes to serve as presidential transports.
The requirements we are looking for in these jets are:

1)They must be no bigger then a Boeing 777 or an A340-330.

2)The airplanes have to be a 207 minute ETOPS capability.
Translation: This means that the jets have to be able to fly an extra
207 minutes from the nearest airport on one engine.

3)The jets have to be able to take off from runways as short as
6,000 ft to 7,000 ft in length (1,829 m to 2,134 m).

4) The jets have to have a minimum range of
5,960 nautical miles (11,029 km)

The group that offers the best bid will win the contract with the guarantee that they will comply with the rules and regulations that have been set forth by the national government of Nova Ushuaia.

Nova Ushuaia,

Do you have any capacity regulations?

And by ETOPS, you mean the delightful acronym of Engines Turning or Passengers Swimming, correct? Or does this have nothing to do with Extended Trans-Oceanic Passenger Service?

Having created our presidential transport (A Lockheed Martin L-1011-500), we believe we have extensive civilian transport know-how.

Whatever the craft or designer you decide to go with, we suggest the following:

That you classify the interior - How many standard seats coupled with other amenities, boardroom/conference room, stateroom, lounge/social area, crew rest area.

That you demand a refuling port/probe for extended/unlimited range.

Please respond and we will reply with the choices available as well as photos and prices of the vehicles we would be able to fashion.

May you venture into the heavens with ease,

The Kingdom of Crookfur would like to submit our CFU-9 Longshore jet liner for consideration:
http://www.meatballs.terminator.org.uk/crookfur/aircraft.html#long
It meets all of your requirements (ie its an A330-200 with slightly better engines and range).

As we currently do not posses any information regarding your requirements for interiors we assume that you are planning to perfrom internal outfit yourselves and as such we offer the basic model a tthe standard rpice of $160million for 2 airframes. For a small additional charge we can fit an inflight refeuling system (sorry Tarqys) and if required provide a more conventional engine solution.
