Update: The Dpartment of the Navy has decided to decommision most of the rest of the Ticonderoga Class, Arleigh-Burke Class, Spruance Class, Wasp Class, and Hornet fighters.

We will take your entire stock of 20 surplus LHD-1 vessels, with that discount. They will be sailed to Western Asia in four groups of five vessels under the aegis of an IDF naval convoy.

20 x Surplus LHD-1 class vessels @$400,000,000/vessel = $8,000,000,000

Accounting for the discount of 8%, $8,000,000,000 x 0.92 = $7,360,000,000

Sum total to be paid: 7.36 billion USD (~ 6.123 millicent EUR)
Payment method: 30% down payment 10% additional payment upon handover of each (of 4) grouping of 5 vessels, 30% final payment upon the receipt of the last vessel.
