Dictators are constantly fearing for their life from within their own countries. That is no dterrant for these people therefore Praetonia also believes that it was right (and non-hippocritical) to imprison him for his crimes.
OOC: Im interested to see TDV play more responsibly. He isnt a bad player he just does stupid things occasionally.
As i am an ally of TDV i am going to have to send 1million heavy artillery troops to bust him out of jail
