Yesterday, issuing the order in a rare two days away from the armies of East Turkestan, Kül Tigin II, Qaghan, Chairman, and Prime Minister of the Turkic People's Qaghanate of Daylam has officially moved the Daylami capital from Alamut in Northern Iran to Samarkand in what was formally Uzbekistan's capital.
Samarkand is a historic site for Turkic Daylam. It has always been a major part of the various qaghanates and khanates that have risen here. It was the site of the battle that marked the ascendancy of the Mongol empire. It was the last refuge of the Golden Horde. It was the capital of the I & II Gok Türük empires. The Xiongnu/Huns also moved through. For all these reasons and because of its location in the center of the TPQD, Samarkand has been named the new capital of the Turkic People's Qaghanate of Daylam. All government buildings have been constructed and officials will operate there from here on out.
