The Great Matean government is looking to expand the deployment and decrease the reactionary time of its military by establishing military bases on foreign soil. We are willing to offer monetary compensation, discounts from Great Matean Industries, or large scale loans in return for permitting us to establish effective bases. Participating nations should be of fair size and stability as to not put our investments at risk. Those governments interested should contact us via official telegram whenever possible.

I offer the ability to build bases within my country. Njaf would be the best army base. Located in the southern region of cp, it is right on the water yet protected on either side by narrow straights guarded by our naval forces, and our allies Das Furer to the south ensures protection. Also an embassy is available in little mogedishu, and a consulate is available in moscow. Diplomatic ties welcome, defense treaty neccessary to access said properties.
