"My fellow people, as we become a more active member of international affairs, we are also in greater danger of being attacked. Today I annouce that we are going to be upgrading a renovating our defense system and many other items. Our WMD avoidance is quite high, only 1 in every 5,000 can hit us, but after a year and one half of renovations, where only 1 out of every 15 Anti-WMD systems will be up, we will be able to avoid 15,000 WMD's without being hit. Also Task Forces 1, 2, and 37 will be repaired and updated in a 1 year process while the Turetelian Green Fleet will commence into complete action at its strength of 701 Ships, it took around 7 years to complete and about 13 nations but we did it. The White Fleet having been recently repaired in sets of 7 is back to operational strength. I also wish to say that the 52nd Guard Fleet is going to be increased from 18 Ships to nearly 34 Ships by the end of a 3 year process where we will outsource construction to our allies. Also the military budget will be increased from 15% to 20% for 5 years to assist the remodernization of all of our groups. The Air Force will be upgraded from 7 Bomber Wings (Land) and 18 Fighter Wings (Land) to 18 Bomber Wings (Land) and 19 Fighter Wings (land). The Department of Diplomacy will be giving a 0.2% Budget Increase and the Dept. of New Diplomacy will be closed. I am also making elections every 5 years now, instead of 7 and will allow Civilian Leaders up to 3 Year Positions, before needing to be re-elected. So to review we are going to upgrade our coastal and WMD defenses, help out our war department, and finally allow better Diplomacy." (Spoken by Head of Trade(Commerce), Forces, and Civility)
