The Supreme Chancellor, Mikhail Von Ostrov of The Rogue Nation of Inyurface, being an avid ice hockey fan, has commissioned his Minister of Recreation to assemble the greatest International ice hockey tournament the NS World has ever known!!!!!

The invitation goes out to all nations! No matter what your age, political stance, friend or foe... this international spectacle will transcend politics!

Sign up today! Each nation will have the opportunity to sign up one (1) team representing its nation. Depending upon the number of nations that enter teams, the tourny will be broken up into several groups. Each group will play a certain number of games, again depending upon the number of teams entered. After the group play (minimum of 5 games), the top teams from each group (depending on the number of teams here) will then go on to the playoff rounds until the final game! All playoffs will be best of 1.

The entire tourny will be held within the Alliance of Independent States, most games will be in Inyurface, however KMA, USLUG, Pedrock, and MMi may hold some games as well. The final four will be held in Mikesright, the Capital City of Inyurface.

Security has already been invested, and the entire A.I.S. will be participating in the security. RESULT WILL BE POSTED DAILY once the tourny starts.

OOC: I had actually given that some thought. Although with as many teams as are expected to enter I think we may run into some problems if we allow that and it would be entirely too much work for me to monitor that. What I plan on doing is modelling my team after mostly identifiable players. For example, if Mario Lemieux were going to be on my team I might put him on the roster as Mario LePew. But that's what I intend on doing. Plus it will make it fun and everyone can have their players on the team... so to speak.

Rosters are not a requirement, but any team wishing to announce their rosters are more than welcome. RNI Blitzkrieg will be doing that.

OOC: I had toyed with the idea, but I think I'd rather use that to spice up later tounrnies and invitationals. Plus I'd like, if this one goes well, to make it a regular thing every so often.... perhaps RP game hype... World Cup Type qualifying rounds... scandal... yes great idea to some type of foul play but I dont want to use it this first time. But like I said the idea has very intriguing merit!

The Nellisland experiance wishes to know when the tourny will begin and maybe a idea who they are playing so that they might prepare for it. They would also like to know if they can come to your stadiums and begin practicing and get acquinted with it.
