Should any citizens of your country wish to flee the devastation of these murderous imperialists, McLeodian forces will provide transport aircraft to evacuate them quickly to a nation of your choosing. They will be heavily escorted by McLeodian fighters, and any attempt to prevent innocent civilians from extending their lives will be met with the fury of the McLeodian Empire.
Furthermore, should your leaders new life become jeopardised in his country of exile, he will be offered refuge in McLeod03 until such time as he sees fit to return to his rightful position leading FWS.

My nation is 10 million people. Let me put it to you like this. They are as fanatical and devoted to their emperor in exile as were the japanese to their emperor during WW2. They think Hendrik Rhodes is a god. They will fight and die for him. Even though he is technically no longer leader.
