FWS as a tip of advice i would suggest that you put up some M58 WSGS to create a thick layer of fog to hid you military in and then equip all units in side with TISS.

We have a lot of foreign aide. Also we use 50-75% Of our budget on the armed forces.

We have 4 million reserves... All males aged 10 to still alive and walking are in the reserves or militias.

Then you've got no workforce. Any time you've got close to 30% of your nation in the military, you don't have a sustainable nation. And you've got to spend money to maintain and equip them. So you spend 50-75%? I'm glad you do. Anyone can walk right over you...easily.
