No listen. FWS and Unified Sith border each other. There are no ships defending my coast. They are all at Sargoth isle. Where they will be moving to FWS. They are still in unified Sith territory. Also, I do not always spend all of my military budget on buying new weapons. It goes to my navy mainly for upkeep. After a few years, when I have collected some spare change. My total military budget, at a rate of 12.5% of my budget is 1.6 Trillion. This is 2.5% away from the maximum accepted allowance. The navy was fully mobilised for wargames, after a long maintenance session. They were on there way back, since they weren't used in the end. So they are still in good shape.
