This raises the point of why try to change them at all?

In addition, five Monarch-class pocket battleships, seven cruisers, 10 air defense destroyers, eight general purpose destroyers, 15 Buggles-class frigates, and assorted support ships are on their way to strengthen the blockade of Challenger 2. In addition, another 250,000 troops are on the way with more tanks and artillery.

All who join must adhere to a strict code of conduct with various punishments delivered to those who do not comply. [OOC: The worst one is discharge without receiving a military pension and a reduction in rank by one step.]

I have news for you: YOU'RE the one picking the fight by threatening to sink my minesweepers. If Challenger 2 meets all the allied forces demands, you are in serious trouble.

Why not kill left-handers too? They've as much control over that as gays do over their orientation.

And I will willing take all gay citizens in Challenger into refuge in Cax. All those who you haven't killed anyway. It's not like they go around with signs saying 'I AM GAY' to make it easier for you, I presume.
