The F/A-27C ZeroTwo uses a combination of new engines, weapons, and systems to create a multi-role fighter greatly exceeding that of the F/A-22.

Full length 16.04m
Full Wingspan 11.76m
Engines Dual ASE-440 Hybrid PDE/Turbofans
cruise at Mach .8, Max Non PDE speed at Mach 1.8 (High Altitude), and Max Speed with PDE engaged is Mach 2.5 (Cannot manuver, needs fly-by-wire to keep stable)
Stealth Ironball paint, internal bay capabilities, as well as Perseus (Athena system... New name incase someone already uses it) Active Stealth.
Weaponry 20mm Pluto Railgun firing DU/TC rounds, 30,000 lbs of weaponry on 8 internal hardpoints, 4 external (optional, decreases Stealth)
Sensors EM Sensors, IR, X Band Doppler, Laser Radar and Microwave
Crew 2
Cost 60 Million per fighter.

Designed as an air superiority fighter for any range, the F-29 uses it's PDE Hybrid engines and Aeroelastic Wings to accomplish that goal well. Active Aeroelastic wing technology was developed by NASA. It allows planes to bend the leading and trailing edges of control surfaces for better speed, manuverability, or lift. The F-29 has longer ranged sensors than the F/A-27. There is a recon version of the F-29 (RF-29) that reduces armarment to the railgun and two medium AAMs in internal bays. The rest of the space is taken up by advanced long range sensors and communications gear. The RF-29 will be slightly faster than it's long toothed brother.
Engines Dual 5-KAEAII Hybrid PDE/Turbofans
cruise at Mach 1.1, Max Non PDE speed at Mach 2.5 (High Altitude), and Max Speed with PDE engaged is Mach 3 (Cannot manuver, needs fly-by-wire to keep stable)
Stealth Ironball paint, internal bay capabilities, as well as Perseus Active Stealth.
Weaponry 20mm Pluto Railgun firing DU/TC rounds, 30,000 lbs of weaponry on 6 internal hardpoints, 6 external, two wingtip (optional, decreases Stealth)
Sensors EM Sensors, IR, X Band Doppler, Laser Radar and Microwave
Crew 2
Cost 80 Million per fighter.

Looks good, though railguns on a plane seem a bit silly - they need a lot of power. Plus Athena has already been taken, so you did good there.

OOC:I'm a 2040 tech nation, the railgun is not as fast as the ones the American Navy wants, which are going to shoot stuff at Mach 8 or something. My projectiles are 6 times lighter, and fire at Mach 3. The hydrogen fuel cells help, and power can be drawn from the engines at low speeds (Which are the only speeds you can fire a gun at anyway)

Bump... More comments please. I'm not exactly an expert on aircraft, so I'd like your opinion.
