$US5 billion building tender released! All interested ...

The old Jeruselem Parliament building is due for destruction due to it's increasing unsuitability for it's current task. Grand Chancellor Francis Marde has announced a new replacement building will be built which will be open to International tenders.

We have very specific requirements and can reject any tenderer at our discretion
(1) Suitable for Christian (Catholic), Jewish and Islamic followers
(2) No Pagan or Satanist symbolism
(3) Use of premium natural materials
(4) "Old look but new tech enabled" design ie looks 1000 years old but with modern mod cons
(5) Must work with anti-Terrorist services for maximum protection for inhabitants

Tenderers post images of your past work/buildings and experience in this field.

We do not have any experience, however a private corporation in Kahta will build it for $3 Billion.

This is their more recent project however the plans they have proposed are below, but the building is 4 times larger. (thats the vermont state capital building)

Kahta, your tender has been recieved. Our Church says images of "Liberty" or otherwise known as Isis of Egypt and other names is not allowed as she is the "Whore of Babylon".

What kind of statue would you like on the top? I was a militiaman but it is unfit for a clmate such as yours. {desert I assume} I could make it so that you can change it for each president or head of the country.

The glass building is nice but in our environment easily damaged by bomb blasts and sand storms as well.

As for the statue, can't use a cross, crescent or star of David as it's supposed to be neutral building for all three religions. How about a more gothic exterior and bigger Islamic style dome to totally remove the statue?

Sure, I can change the outside and make windows thicker.
