Ok, I'm not sure how to respond to this one.
I have several choices.
1, I can mock.
2, I can fear you.
3, I can ignore you.
4, I can talk to you.
5, I can glass you.
1, wouldn't be an especially nice thing to do.
2, would be rather stupid of me.
3, well, I've never ignored a nation before, why start now?
4, but I can't be bothered.
5, some might call that an over-reaction.
