Guys seriously, he is new so help him out.

First you will need weapons and arms, and some Role Play skills.

Weapons can ether be made by your nation (see Nation's Major Industries) or bought via store fronts (although I highly suggest you don't unless you know exactly what your looking for) or people who you think may supply you.

Usally, new members do something I call Spawnning, or posting a topic, stating that you now play the game, and wish for any alliances, trade agreements, and so on. Usally, some nations will give some weaponry to the new nation to help them get on thier feet.

Many weapons that are transfered (in broad view, not exact since there are many variations) Arms (Guns), Aircraft (mostly multirole), Navla Vessels (although usally never, these if any are small patrol boats or Hydris SAMs) and trade agreements. Also, I would not suggest yelling and calling war on someone till you are used to the system, my suggestion is to play in a few other RP games already set, take a side, and play it out, let the normal players get to know you and earn respect and skills.

After a while, you maybe good enough to finally create your own game and wage a full out war with someone where you can not control the odds and can not back down with out lossing the war and maybe, risking occupation.
