even if you passed your law, how would you force people to believe in something? How would you even know- just because they went to church or temple or whatever wouldn't mean that they believed in it, it would just make them hide their disbelief. Making religion mandatory is just as bad as enforcing one religion on a populance and maybe worse.

"We can see viable matter pertaining to Freedom-of-religion extending to Freedom-not-to-worship and with no techinical human rights violation I can see no reason for a nation to threaten war based on a matter of internal policy. As far as can be seen any person effected by this change in policy will not be tortured or murdered and therefore it should remain a matter best addressed by the international community without the use of violence.
