Alexander Rhodes reaffirms domestic policies

15-05-2004, 02:35
In what hard-line fascist critics of the Alexander Rhodes moderate government call a "pathetic attempt at appeasement", Alexander Rhodes has reaffirmed that he will uphold all immigration laws in the FWS...

Speaking openly, numerous generals all had the same thing to say, "This changes nothing."

Also farmers weighed in, "What a sneak, does he think he can try to secure his rule with appeasement?"

Yeah, maybe so, but could you try and squeeze a few into one thread?
It makes it a lot easier.

That will be taken under advisement :)

But keep in mind some of these are threads from a few days ago that I am making replies to.

Reports from Rhodes City in Rhodes Province are coming in now. A rally by about 20,000 supporters of Alexander Rhodes, (the supporters, residents from Central Provinces were bearing posters with his royal seal on it), was violently broken up by about 300,000 local residents who support Hendrik Rhodes. The Hendrik Supporters used clubs and bats to assault and chase Alexander supporters away from in front of the presidential compound in the center of the city near parliament building.

Police refused to intervene and the Presidents Grenadier Guard likewise refused to take action.

Hendrik Rhodes upon receiving word of the street clashes repeated his call for peace and obedience of the decree's of his cousin Alexander Rhodes.

Hendrik Rhodes is currently in exile after being convicted by a tribunal of war crimes (ordering the waging of a war of aggression).

A section of his country (Black section) attempted to break away, and he ordered their movement brutally crushed. However after the war was over he granted them nominal independence (They now have total independence). It seemed that he only crushed them to show that he could, he was likely planning on granting them independence all along but didn't want every group with a secession dream to think they could get away with the same plan to break away.
